Battlefield 3 - Massive Open Maps

Unlike other Battlefield games, or any other game recently, Battlefield 3 has huge open maps. This must be to accommodate the new vehicles such as Fighter Jets, but whatever! They are amazing! Check out the video below and you will see how insanely massive they are, and how much fun it will be with 64 players on a life sized battlefield.

The people at EA have said: "The amount of data that was previously in a ENTIRE Battlefield Bad Company 2 Level, is equal to that of a single LIGHT SOURCE in Battlefield 3". And I thought BFBC2 was super detailed. In fact, it's so much map data, that consoles can't even handle it's full power. Yeah, that's right. Consoles only get 32 players max, per server, and only PCs get the full 64 player experience.
